Currently customers are experiencing an outage that are connected to the Sunningdale site. It appears to be a power issue and we investigating options. We are working to get service restored as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience. The Falcon Internet Team

Currently experiencing outage of Nairn, Seed and Centre Road sites. We have replaced all hardware but still have instability. We will need to replace cabling on entire site, which sadly will have to wait till tomorrow morning. Service should be restored by 10am Monday. Thank you all for your patience. We currently are experiencing an outage to our Centre Road, Elm Street, Seed Road locations. Which is probably a result of the large power outage currently being experienced by those around Strathroy.   Estimated repair time 9:00pm from Hydro One’s website.
