Sunningdale site is back up and running as of 7am this morning, power issue resolved

Sunningdale customers are currently experiencing an outage to their wireless service. We have a hardware failure and are attending to it as quickly as possible. Service is expected to be back within the next few hours. We apologize for the loss of service. The Falcon Internet Team

The power issue in St. Thomas has been repaired. After repairing the power issue in St. Thomas there was a rip effect on a router from the reconnection load. This caused a major outage from 8am till approximately 10:30am. This has been repaired as well. All is working properly at this time.   Thank You…
