Falcon apologies for the early evening outage. We had a severe hardware failure and had to get it replaced. The extra bandwidth should be added onto the network over the next few days. Currently a power issue is effecting all Union Road, Coppard, and Scotchmere Popsites. There has been a breaker failure at the Union Road popsite. We are waiting on Hydro to replace the breaker on the hydro pole. Sorry for the inconvenience. The Falcon Internet Team

Clients would of experienced a network wide outage earlier today for approximately 2 hours. This disruption was caused by a main UPS failure. A work around has been setup so service can be restored.
